This Past Weekend

Well a lot of things happened this past weekend which was so fun and awesome. So much things to talk about and too lazy to type but here goes!

On Thursday I didn't really plan to do anything that day, but just stay at home or maybe just try to find something busy to do. Junko was going crazy that she wanted to go travel blah blah blah as usual so she wanted to plan to either go to Salton Sea or Desert Hot Springs. She basically gave two options to me. Either I go with her by car and we go to Salton Sea or she takes bus and goes to Desert Hot Springs. Seeing that I had to make my choice really soon I chose to take her to Salton Sea.

I told her my answer too late....

She already bought her all day bus pass for $3.00 at the bus. FAIL -.-" If only I told her earlier she wouldn't had wasted that money. That was a fail on my part...

But I came to the rescue to pick her up from Camera West and she was ecstatic to see me. I love to she her smile and eyes light up when everything goes her way. lol fml.

So we drove to Salton Sea. It was pretty fun I was able to borrow my mom's DSLR and tried it out. I was surprised how well it captured pictures.

My Favorite One.

There were a couple rocks I saw that Junko was climbing and the rock to the left of her look like an old grandpa's face with a big nose and droopie eyes. Can you see it? I told Junko to turn her head that way so both the profile of the rock and her face can be shown.

At the end of the picture taking we walked back to the car and surprising enough when I saw Delilah parked to the side of the road I could not help, but take pictures of it. I went trigger happy and out of all the pictures I took, I fell in love with this one. It's no professional photo, but it does speak to me.

All in all, Last Thursday was a great day and it will be a great memory I will never forget for the end of the year 2010. Thanks darling for the great idea. New Years past. 2011!!! Yay. Lots of things to come this year, but I'll see what happens when it does.

Well yesterday was a fun day. Ruby decided to take me and dad out to go shooting at the shooting range. I was scared and excited as it was the first time I ever shot a gun. My heart was trembling when I thought of shooting the gun. Even when I held it in my hand it was pretty crazy. The thought of holding an object that can be use to decide the difference between life and death had so much pressure on me. So much responsibility goes into holding a gun. I respect any service man that holds and shoots a gun to protect our country and their loved ones. When I shot the gun I just pretended I was protecting darling.

Afterwards Pictures of our Targets

That's all I feel like typing now. Thanks....
